Welcome!
Welcome to the very first NeuroPsyTools blog post!
This blog is an experiment, and honestly, I’m not entirely sure where it’s headed or how long I’ll have the time (or motivation) to keep it up. But for now, I’m excited to try it out!
I thought I would add this blog for a number of reasons:
Learning more about neuropsychology! While also having a place to save notes for my future self 🤓
Growing my web development skills: Though I’m a clinician by profession, I’ve discovered a real interest in web design. I’m still an amateur, but projects like this one are helping me learn and grow.
Sharing resources: I’m a big fan of open-source learning. If others can benefit from the resources I put together, that’s a huge win for me!
I’m not setting any strict schedule for posting—realistically, I’ll start with lots of enthusiasm, which may taper off. My goal is to share something new each month, but I’m staying flexible. If anyone out there wants to contribute a post, I’d be thrilled to collaborate and share this space!
My Hopes for Future Posts:
Opinionated Reviews of Cognitive Tests
Tutorials (e.g., Reliable Change, Research Methodology)
Discussions of Contemporary Topics
Reviews of Rare Clinical Conditions.
… That’s all for now!
